Larry Head, CEO

Larry has over 30 years of experience as an executive, project manager & chemical engineer in the environmental & energy markets, working on projects in the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa & the Middle East working for AECOM, Stanley Consultants, Gannett Fleming & DuPont.  Executive Experience managing P&Ls up to $100M, business development >$1B projects, & member of the board of directors for multiple companies.

Bob Woellner, President

Bob specializes in indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, scientific and environmental investigative protocols, and environmental assessments.  He has qualified as an industrial hygienist since 1990, is a full member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and Rocky Mountain Section, is certified as a meth consultant and instructor by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, is a residential measurement provider by the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists through their National Radon Proficiency Program, and has obtained his OSHA HAZWOPER certification. He lectures and publishes extensively, including his co-authored book International Environmental Risk Management: ISO 14000 and the Systems Approach. He has qualified and served in numerous jurisdictions as an expert in industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, microflora/mold, meth, indoor air quality, environmental sampling, and risk management, for dozens of environmental contamination cases. Bob has a Bachelor’s degree in geology from Middlebury College and a Master of Science degree in Marine Geology and Geophysics from the Rosensteil School of Marine & Atmospheric Science.

John Wilson, Business Development Manager

Having studied cognitive psychology at MSU, John has a passion for client satisfaction, and has since incorporated his extensive background of business development and leadership roles, from implementing effective operational practices into large teams of 170+ people to creating sustainable growth plans and expanding an organization that now generates over 10M a year in revenue, into the environmental consulting ecosystem by providing proven strategy within foundational business practices. John enjoys playing music and spending time with his wife and newly born son in his downtime.

Allison Manzanares, Office Manager

Allison is the Office Manager at QUEST Environmental. With 7 years of experience working in industrial hygiene and remediation field services, she has experience in project management, project coordination, accounting, technical writing, and office management. Allison supports the QUEST Environmental team in all aspects of the business. Allison is a Colorado native that enjoys hiking in her free time.

Beth Boatright, Technical Writer

Besides drafting and editing reports, Beth also conducts background research on a wide variety of topics to support QUEST Environmental’s investigative work. She earned a master’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and was a member of the International Doctoral Program in Foreign Languages and Literature at the National Sun Yat-Sen University in Taiwan.

Daniel Morocco, Technical Writer

Daniel serves as a Technical Writer at QUEST Environmental, holding a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Denver, specializing in Energy and Sustainability, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Cleveland State University. Daniel’s diverse background includes roles such as a Senior Water Conservation Associate at Resource Central and an ESG Contractor Consultant at Canyon Snow Consulting, where he contributed to various sustainability projects for clients. Prior to his civilian career, Daniel served in the U.S. Navy, bringing valuable skills and perspectives to his current role. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys pursuing his passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and exploring the outdoors with his loyal companion, Hank.

Jake Gamble, Industrial Hygienist

Jake holds bachelor’s degrees in environmental science and Geology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and has obtained academic specializations in Sustainable Building Management and Arctic and Alpine Research as well as having written his honors thesis on future methods of sustainable building practices for both residential and commercial projects.  Jake also has past professional experience working as a Sustainable Construction Project Manager, and has knowledge of HVAC, ERV, electrical, and plumbing systems in many different forms of construction.  His duties as an Industrial Hygienist range from conducting radon tests to performing IAQ assessments.   Jake is also a certified methamphetamine consultant in the state of Colorado and has obtained his 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
