Bob Woellner, Founder
Bob specializes in indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, scientific and environmental investigative protocols, and environmental assessments. He has qualified as an industrial hygienist since 1990, is a full member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and Rocky Mountain Section, is certified as a meth consultant and instructor by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, is a residential measurement provider by the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists through their National Radon Proficiency Program, and has obtained his OSHA HAZWOPER certification. He lectures and publishes extensively, including his co-authored book International Environmental Risk Management: ISO 14000 and the Systems Approach. He has qualified and served in numerous jurisdictions as an expert in industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, microflora/mold, meth, indoor air quality, environmental sampling, and risk management, for dozens of environmental contamination cases. Bob has a Bachelor’s degree in geology from Middlebury College and a Master of Science degree in Marine Geology and Geophysics from the Rosensteil School of Marine & Atmospheric Science.

Andrew Fredericks, Senior Environmental Consultant
With an extensive background in site operations, Andrew brings deep expertise in hazardous materials surveys and both emergency and non-emergency response actions. He has worked across diverse environments, including industrial facilities, residential communities, and natural areas, providing project oversight and strategic guidance for complex remedial efforts involving soil excavation, hazardous materials, and asbestos. His project management experience spans cost estimating, progress tracking, report generation, scheduling, and team leadership.
Allison Manzanares, Environmental Consultant & Technical Writer
Allison has many years of experience working in industrial hygiene and remediation field services, she has experience in project management, project coordination, accounting, technical writing, and office management. Allison is a certified Building Inspector and Air Monitoring Specialist, and she also supports the QUEST Environmental team with technical writing.
Robert Head, Environmental Technician
Robert Head is a Certified Radon Measurement Professional and Certified Building Inspector with specialized expertise in radon mitigation and asbestos identification. With extensive training and field experience, he helps homeowners, businesses, and organizations create safer indoor environments. Known for his problem-solving abilities and analytical approach, Robert develops tailored strategies to address the unique challenges of each project. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree to further expand his technical expertise and remain at the forefront of environmental health and safety practices.
Brian Rego, CIH, CSP
Brian Rego is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over a decade of experience in healthcare, research, and commercial settings. At QUEST Environmental, he helps organizations improve indoor air quality, address chemical and biological exposures, and navigate complex regulations. Known for his clear communication and results-driven approach, Brian ensures assessments not only meet standards but also create healthier, safer spaces
Outside of his consulting work, Brian enjoys strength training, playing classical and electric guitar, and exploring international cultures through travel. His commitment to continuous learning and personal growth mirrors his professional mission: creating healthier, safer, and more resilient environments.
Andrew H Rodgers, Ph.D., CIH
Andrew Rodgers has over 20 years of experience in environmental compliance and workplace safety. He specializes in hazardous waste management, multimedia permitting, and safety audits for both academic and industrial facilities. With expertise in building science, Andrew performs lead, asbestos, and mold inspections and develops remediation plans, holding contractor licenses in Louisiana. His Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry enables him to collaborate effectively with laboratories to deliver accurate, client-focused solutions.
Outside of consulting, Andrew enjoys gardening, raising his grandchildren, and visiting his family in the UK.
Dionibé Somé, CIH, CSP, CPH
Dionibé is a dedicated Occupational and Environmental Health & Safety (OEHS) professional with cross-disciplinary expertise in Industrial Hygiene (CIH), Occupational Safety (CSP), Public Health (CPH), and Exposure Decision Analysis (EDA). He has accumulated extensive experience in the consulting industry as he is committed to creating healthier and safer environments to protect the health of workers and their communities, while ensuring regulatory compliance and steering companies, corporations, and organizations toward operational excellence and sustainability.
Ray Guevara, CIH
Ray Guevara is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with a geology background and extensive experience managing environmental health and safety projects. He specializes in indoor air quality, mold and microbial assessments, asbestos and lead inspections, noise exposure, ergonomics, ventilation, hazardous materials surveys, and industrial hygiene program development. He has led projects in schools, government facilities, and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations while delivering clear, defensible results.
Known for his practical approach and clear communication, Ray provides technical oversight, develops sampling strategies, evaluates chemical, physical, and biological stressors, and prepares detailed reports to guide corrective actions. His work blends scientific rigor with a strong focus on worker protection, compliance, and client goals. He is also pursuing additional certifications to broaden his expertise.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys hiking, running, and time with his family.
John Wilson, General Manager

Scarlett Hutto, Marketing Manager & Project Administration
Scarlett Hutto serves as Marketing Manager and Project Administration, contributing to both the growth of QUEST’s brand and the successful execution of client projects. A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Communications, Scarlett combines creativity with strong organizational skills to support business development, streamline project workflows, and ensure deliverables are completed efficiently.
She is passionate about bringing fresh ideas to the table, enhancing client engagement, and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. Her proactive approach and eye for detail make her a valuable member of the team.
Outside of work, you can find Scarlett at a Colorado Avalanche game, or enjoying the outdoors with her Australian Shepherd, Blayke.
Suzanne Dexheimer, Accounts Receivable
Suzanne has 30+ years of experience working for a variety of companies as an Executive Assistant, Event Planner, Administrative Assistant and a variety of other Business Support roles. Her goal has always been to develop & maintain good working relationships with her seniors and co-workers. Suzanne’s top priorities are providing excellent customer service, attention to quality, accuracy & detail and being well organized. She has strong communication skills and is personable, enjoys meeting new people and values staying connected to family & friends.
